FAQ
How does billing work?
Pro is $150 per month. Allowances reset monthly without rollover. The subscription is billed in advance; additional usage is billed in arrears.
What is included in Pro?
Each month includes 150 beam-hours, 5 monthly active users (MAUs), 25 Teleport protected resources (TPRs), and 300 GB of egress. Additional usage costs $0.29/beam-hour, $20/MAU, $5/TPR, and $0.15/GB.
How are users and resources counted?
MAU and TPR follow Teleport's standard definitions. A user or resource used across multiple beams or sessions is not counted again simply because those runtimes are ephemeral.
What is a beam-hour?
One beam running for one hour. Pro includes 150 beam-hours per month; additional runtime costs $0.29 per beam-hour. The standard VM has 2 vCPU and 8 GB RAM.
Can I bring my own inference?
Yes. Bring-your-own inference is supported on both Pro and Enterprise. Both plans include LLM and MCP proxies.
How will managed inference be priced?
Managed inference is planned for the default model at published rates based on provider cost plus 10%, shown as one managed inference total on your invoice. Model-specific rates and availability will be confirmed before launch. Bring your own inference if managed inference is not yet available.
What happens when I exceed an allowance?
Additional usage is billed monthly at the Pro overage rates. Pro includes usage visibility and alerts. Enterprise adds org-wide controls and per-team budgets.
When should I talk to sales?
When you need region selection, custom VM sizes or concurrency, connectivity to an existing Teleport environment, agentic access requests, session summaries and risk scoring, org-wide controls, per-team budgets, or stronger service commitments and dedicated support.
